I recently received a new belt after previously having my other one from Primal Power for 4 years and choosing to upgrade from the 10mm to 13mm. However, when the package arrived (a month after ordering) they had sent me the wrong belts. They sent me not this design but another one. The worst part is that whenever you try and get into contact with them the emails bounce right back and will never be received by their ‘support’ team. Although they produce amazing quality belts that will last forever there is no excuse for sending the wrong product and not providing your customers any way to get in touch.

Their emails do not go anywhere and bounce back. I never received the belt that I ordered. They generated the mail label and to this day the package has never been delivered to the post office. I ordered it on 11/17 and I am writing this on 12/15.

Great quality leather and lever. I have the SBD and Inzer and it’s on their level. Great belt

Worst Company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer Service is non-existent. Tried to Cancel my order prior to shipping and they never acknowledged it. Have sent multiple emails and requests to return the product and no response. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Got this belt a year ago and couldn’t have been a better purchase. Keeps the body stable while lifting heavy weight!
