It took forever to break in as it’s literally stick straight and feels like it’s made from 100 layers of stiff plastic. Lever broke. Extremely disappointed.

The lever broke before I even got to use it. I was assemble it and one of the prongs holding the lever on broke off.

The product appears to be nice quality. I purchased it for my son, and he was so excited. Unfortunately, the lever doesn't stay closed. In order to make a return, you have to email them to start the process. I have emailed 3 times and still haven't received a response. Based on my experience with their lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The belt did not ship with the lever contacted customer service and have not received an answer. Still waiting on lever.
