Lever belts purchased can only be returned if there is a known valid error in the content of your order upon receipt. Exchanges and refunds for any other reasons will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order was placed. If 30 days have gone by from the date of your order, then we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
All items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or sweat cannot be accepted.
It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Packages will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.
We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
