Been the kind of person to "workout" every once in awhile or spurts for special occasions (boxing fight, wrestling matches, school athletics, etc.) Wasn't till I purchased this item, the knee sleeves and the wrist wraps (which I thought were somethin else but still gets the job done) that I truly (with protein/vitamins, meal plan, and CONSISTENCY) did I become a True Lifter.
