This Hip Band helps keep the knees pushed out during compound movements like squats and deadlifts. This hip band is designed to be used before heavy working sets of either squats and deadlifts. Added resistance, especially to your abductors and external rotators, can help develop your R.O.M (Range of Motion) in certain movements if performed properly and consistently. We offer 3 different variations of the hip band; Light, Medium, and Heavy. Depending on your workout experience, we recommend light and medium resistance to those who are new to the gym.
